How we work
Entrepreneurs come to us to help them build companies from scratch, solve marketing challenges, mitigate risks and create opportunities for success. We operate as a single team, with every resource of Madrona available to every one of our entrepreneurs. We think of ourselves as facilitators to start-up success, a role we approach with respect (it's your idea, after all!) and enthusiasm. Return on investment matters (of course) but lasting return on relationships matters, too.
